Ghana records 108 more cases of COVID-19 with 4 new deaths.

Ghana's total number of COVID-19 cases has increased by 108.

This sends the total number of confirmed cases from 5,530 to 5,638.

The total number of recoveries has also shot up to 1,460 whilst the deaths have also risen to 28.

The total number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19 in Ghana has increased from 5,530 to 5,638 in the latest update on the pandemic.

This was confirmed by the Disease Surveillance Department of the Ghana Health Service on the night of May 15, 2020, as 108 new cases were confirmed.

s has also increased by four, bringing the total to 28 whilst the number of recoveries has also shot up to 1,460.

The Greater Accra Region now leads the pack with a whopping 4,248 confirmed cases whilst the Ashanti Region follows with 798 in total.

The next four are Central Region - 210, Eastern Region - 99, Western Region - 87 and Western North Region - 57. Currently, 13 out of the 16 regions in Ghana have all confirmed at least one case of the novel coronavirus with only Savannah Region, Ahafo Region and the Bono East Region being the remaining three.
